Order Processing

All orders at GUO are handled with meticulous care. Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to verify your order, perform a final quality check, and prepare your package for dispatch. Every piece is inspected twice to ensure it meets our curated aesthetic and quality standards before leaving our warehouse.

Worldwide Fulfilment

To ensure the most efficient delivery of our curated collections, all orders are shipped directly from our International Warehouse.

  • Standard International Shipping: Complimentary (Free) on all orders.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Usually takes 10–15 business days (approximately 14-21 calendar days) depending on your destination and local customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. This allows you to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

GUO operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • All prices displayed exclude destination-specific import duties and local taxes.
  • Recipients are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Shipping Disclaimer

While we strive for timely delivery, GUO is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, or carrier-specific issues. While the risk of transit is transferred to the carrier upon dispatch, GUO will actively assist you in communication with the courier to resolve any delivery issues. Your satisfaction is our priority.
