The 14-Day Requirement
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The request must be timestamped within this 14-day window. After this period, all sales are considered final.
Condition for Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags and curated packaging must be intact.
Free from any scents (perfume, smoke) or stains.
Note: Intentional distressed treatments are part of the design and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Sizing & Final Sale
Size Selection: We provide precise measurements for every piece. GUO does not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please compare our charts with your garments before purchasing.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotion or sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Defects & Damages
Please inspect your order immediately. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be reported to support.guo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Return Shipping
Costs: As we offer complimentary shipping on all initial orders, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Method: Returns must be sent via a trackable shipping service. GUO is not responsible for lost return packages.
